How to appeal a permit decision

In the event that you disagree with the decision we have made regarding your permit application, you may submit an appeal by going to ‘My Permits’ and selecting the rejected application. In the top right corner, press ‘Appeal’. Here you can submit your appeal to be reviewed by the permit team. You will be notified of the outcome via email.  You will be given the option to upload additional evidence, for example, if you hire your vehicle you can add your hire agreement.
