How do I enquire about a payment / I have an issue with my payment?

If you would like to check the previous payments you have made, you may do so via the ‘My payments’ section. Please select the payment you wish to enquire about by clicking the arrow shown after the payment’s status. In top right corner of the screen, press the ‘Report Issue’ button. Using this, you can submit a payment enquiry to our Customer Service team, who will review your enquiry and respond via email.
