How to cancel a permit

In the event that you would like to cancel a permit, please go to ‘My Permits’ and select the permit you would like to cancel. In the top right corner, you can press ‘Cancel’ to cancel the permit. This will take you to a cancellation submission page, with a message box displayed. Please select the most relevant cancellation reason. If a refund is due, once you submit your cancellation, we will be notified and process the refund.
