I wasn’t aware that my permit had expired

It is your responsibility, as a registered user of the system, to ensure that you have the correct and active permits before parking a vehicle on site. Within ‘My Permits’ the system displays the expiry, or end date, of all of your permits and it is your responsibility to check this. Additionally, for Resident and Carer permits, the system will notify you 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the expiry date that you should renew your permit through the notification system.
