I’ve bought my property, why do I need a permit if I own my land?

Unfortunately, whilst you may own your property this may not extend to the parking facilities. As part of the agreement your property management has in place with our parking operator, they have the authority to implement a parking enforcement scheme to prevent unauthorised vehicles from parking on site, or misuse of the parking facilities.
